Mikhail Margulis: Program Director and Founder of Peninsula Gymnastics. Mikhail graduated from the Odessa State University in Ukraine. He has a Masters Degree in Psychology, Physiology and Physical Education. Mikhail achieved the title of Master of Sport which is the equivalent to Elite Level Gymnasts. He has 25 years of coaching experience in the Ukraine and 15 years in the United States. |

Anna Margulis: Executive Director and Co-Founder of Peninsula Gymnastics. Anna graduated from Odessa State University with a PhD in Political Science. She has 16 years of experience in gymnastics gym management. Anna is highly educated with excellent public relations skills. |

Mark Kachko: Administrative Director and Co-Founder of Peninsula Gymnastics. Mark graduated from Odessa State University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a former Track and Field athlete. Mark has 6 years experience in the Gymnastics business and has great relationship with customers, students, and colleagues. |

Matt Hodges: Girls Team Head Coach. He joined Peninsula in 2000. Matt has dedicated his life to gymnastics, he is very enthusiastic and a highly educated coach. He has excellent relationship with many National coaches and judges. His current students are members of the Junior National U.S. Team. This year he will graduate San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Human Movement. We are proud to have Matt as the Girls Team Head Coach. |

Misha Tsitsilin is our Boys Head Coach. He is a graduate of Voronesh University in Russia. He was an elite level gymnast and coached for 5 years in the School of Olympic Reserve. He was Champion of Russia, University Division, a teammate of the Olympic and World Champion Nikolai Kryukov. Misha was named NorCal Coach of the Year in 2004 and 2005. |

Serge Vladichkin is our assistant Head Coach and has been with Peninsula for 8 years. He was an appointed coach of the Province of Odessa for the 2000 Ukraine Olympic Team. While coaching in the former USSR, his student Lyudmila Stovbchataya qualified for the 1992 Olympics. In 2001 Serge coached three of his gymnast to individual state titles in Nor Cal. Serge is a Compulsory and Optional Coach; he is dedicated to the sport of gymnastics and has trained many groups of gymnasts to award winning teams. |

Kelly Alliger joined Peninsula in September of 2001. She has a Bachelor of Science in Education/Business from Montclair State University in New Jersey. She was co-owner and coached at Worldwide Gymnastics in New Jersey where she co-coach a former gymnast whom was USA Gymnastics 1999 Sportswoman of the Year. She has coaches numerous gymnasts to Level 9 & 10 Nationals as well as US Challenge/Classic and USA Championships. Her extensive knowledge and high expectations elevates team gymnasts to success. |

Natasha Kalinina-Tsitsilina is a World famous gymnast and former member of the National USSR with teammates: Svetlana Boginskay, Tatiana Lisenko, and Svetalana Chusovitina. She won the title of World Champion at the Goodwill Games with a perfect 10.0 score on Floor. Natasha joined our gym in 1999 as a Team Coach. She is a motivated and enthusiastic coach. |

Kathleen Tarver started her gymnastics career competing for the Charter Oak Gliders as an elite gymnast, where she began coaching. Katie has experience coaching at the compulsory and optional levels. She is a well organized coach, and is always smiling. Previously, she worked at Windsor Gymnastics for three years and one year as Head Coach. She is a graduate of Santa Clara University with Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She loves working with kids and Peninsula Gymnastics is proud to have her as part of our staff. |

Courtney Tate Assistant Program Director, Director of Circus on Stage Camp, has been with Peninsula for 7 years. She has learned a lot about the sport of gymnastics. Courtney has good relationships with students at Peninsula Gymnastics knowing each child’s name. She is very friendly and professional. Currently, Courtney is attending SFSU working on a Bachelor of Science in Health. |

Ashley Hansen joined Peninsula in the Summer of 2005 from Chicago. She is a Developmental and Compulsory Team coach. Ashley is a former competitive gymnast. She is currently enrolled San Francisco State University as a Creative Writing Major. Ashley is a goal oriented, fun and friendly instructor.

Katya Zemskova is a Pre-school instructor and has been with Peninsula for the past year. She is an excellent addition to the Pre-School staff. Katya is a fun and caring instructor with lots of energy. |

Elena Shashanova is a Chorographer and Ballet Teacher. She graduated from The College of Performing Arts in Tver, Russia, where she later became an instructor for 2 years. Elena was a dancer for 2 years in Ballet Theatre, and taught chorography for 8 years. In 1996 she started the Dance Group “Kapriz” that toured and performed in Russia. Elena is a very charismatic and experience Ballet teacher. |

Jessica Wickizer has a Bachelor Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology. Jessica has nine years of experience as a gymnastics coach from preschool to Optional Levels. While coaching in Arizona she was Arizona's Coach of the Year three years in a row. |

Sasha Trofimova is Optional Gymnasts at Peninsula Gymnastics. She has won titles of State Champion as a gymnast. Sasha is an enthusiastic pre-school coach.

Mike Jones is a Boys Compulsory and Optional Team Coach. Mike is a former competitive gymnast understands the importance of technique and form.

Alex Mahul came to Peninsula from France in the Summer of 2006. He is the Boys Developmental Team Director. Alex is an internationally rated Judge. While teaching he focuses on each aspect of the sport body movement and he enjoys working with students of all levels.

Lindsay Minomoto has been coaching for a number of years. She joined the Peninsula staff in 2008. As a former gymnast Lindsay has a great feel for the sport of gymnastics and uses her past experience and knowledge to teach students. Lindsay always teaches with a smile.

Constance Paraskevas has been part of the Peninsula family for over 10 years. She retired her competitive gymnastics career as an Optional Team member. Students enjoy Constance for her smile and positivity. She is an Instructor for the Pre-School and Recreational Program.

Shierly Marin is an office assistant working at the Front Desk. All three of her children students are gymnasts at Peninsula Gymnastics. She has great customer service and a warm smile.

Alorah Walsh was an Optional Team member at Peninsula. She currently attends the College of San Mateo. Alorah is a Recreational Instructor and Spring Team Coach. Alorah has great patience and works great with all levels of students.

Ashley Olin was a Girls Optional Team member at Peninsula. She works with both the Recreational and Pre-School Programs. She is very soft spoken and teaches all ages and levels with great passion.

Umi Miya is a Girls Team Coach. Umi has international experience as a gymnast in Japan, where he won many titles. He also traveled to Panama where he spent years teaching gymnastics to poor children of all different ages and levels as a delegate from Japan. Umi is a great coach.
