San Carlos Birthday Party

Your little one’s birthday party is coming up at Peninsula Gymnastics! We are so thrilled to have you come celebrate with us. To make everyone’s experience at our gym a great one, there are a few things you should know ahead:

  • Any child without a filled waiver form WILL NOT be able to participate in any activities inside Peninsula Gymnastics.
  • Latecomers will have to wait until breaks between activities to check in & join the group.
  • If you must, you can fill it out at the party using your phone or our computer!
  • Come 10 – 15 mins early to check in.
  • Please forward this email to each parent attending your party and have them fill out the waiver ahead of time.
