Waiver

  • Our Online Waiver is REQUIRED for all party attendees. Any Child Without a Filled Waiver Form WILL NOT be able to participate in any activities at Peninsula Gymnastics.
  • To allow your party attendees to begin the FUN as soon as they arrive, please encourage everyone to fill out the Waiver before arrival by sharing the link below:

  • Please ask your guests to arrive on time, latecomers will have to wait until a break between activities to Check In & join the group.
Submit Waiver

Arrival & Departure

  • Please arrive 10-15 mins before scheduled party time to allow for the check in process. Party rooms will be available 10-15 minutes before party time.
  • In consideration of the next arriving party, we appreciate prompt departures. Please leave your room clean, and in the condition it was received.

Ages

  • Children between the ages of 2.5 to 12 years old may participate.
  • Children under 3.5 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation Policy

  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to cancel your reservation, you must notify us two weeks in advance.
  • If you would like to change your Birthday Party Package, please let us know a week in advance so we can make any changes accordingly.

Attire

  • Activewear is highly encouraged! Please no jewelry or zippers, or large skirts

Party Rooms

  • The party room will include table cloths and one table setting per child including: plate, cup, napkin and fork.

Tip for Instructors

  • If your child had a fun time at the birthday party, please show the instructors your appreciation with a generous tip.

Payment

  • All Birthday Party Balances are due on or before the day of the party.
  • There is a $10.00 charge per child for each child exceeding your party package limit.
Pay Balance
