Camp Reservation Details

Waiver

If you haven’t filled out a Waiver form for the child(ren), please do so. Waiver form is required to participate in any activities at our facility.

Getting Ready

• Please send campers with an extra set of comfortable clothes, shoes that they can get on and off by themselves.
• Campers should bring a packed snack and lunch (full day).
• Campers attending full day will take a daily trip to Trinta Park:
  • If your child needs sunblock, please apply waterproof sunblock for them in the morning
  • Please send extra clothes
  • Please send an extra afternoon snack

Drop Off & Pick Up

• Campers can be dropped off as early as 8:00 AM with no additional charge.
• Please be prompt to pick up your campers at your scheduled pick up time. Campers who are picked up more than 15 minutes late will be charged the extended care rate of $15 until 6PM.
• Camp closes promptly at 6PM.

Weekly Performance

• Every Friday at 2:15 PM, our young actors will perform the acts and skills they’ve learned in camp. Parents and families are invited.

Cancellation Policy

• $60 deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellation 1 week before the start date will be refunded in full amount paid minus $60 deposit.
• Cancellation less than 1 week before start date can be refunded in 2 ways:
  1. Full amount paid in Account credit minus $60 nonrefundable deposit. Account credit must be used within one year of cancellation.
  2. Full amount paid minus $120.
• Cancellation after start date will be refunded in Account credit only. The refunded amount will be prorated by the date of notice.

Payment

• Camp Payment is due on your child’s first day of camp. If you didn’t pay camp fee in full, you can do so here at our Payment Page.
