Camp Booking Details

Waiver

Please make sure to submit an Updated Waiver Form for your camper by the Thursday before the first day of camp to avoid delay at check in.Waiver form is required before checking in to our facility at this time.

Drop Off

• Please Drop Off at our Staff Entrance in the back of the gym by going into the alley between El Camino Real and Laurel Street from Brittan Ave.
• Once you’re in line, please have your child wait in the car while you send us a “Check In” text message to (650) 204-0042.

Pick Up & Late Fee

• Late Pick Up Fee is $20 per 5 minute.
• Please Pick Up at the same Staff Entrance in the back of the gym.
• Once you’re in line, please wait in the car and send us a “Check Out” text message to (650) 204-0042.
• Our staff will walk the camper out to you once we have confirmed that you are a designated pick up person for this camper.
• Please make sure to have the right people & phone numbers listed in the Designated Pick Up Guardian list to avoid delay at pick up time.

Getting Ready

• Snacks & lunch labeled with Campers Name (2 snacks + 1 lunch for Full Day) (1 snack for Half Day)
• Water bottles filled and labeled
• Extra set of comfortable clothes
• Slide on Shoes/Sandals
• Bag to keep all above items

Gymnast will need to carry this bag with that during the entire Camp
