At Peninsula Gymnastics, our GOAL is to provide a Safe, Healthy, Positive, and Productive Environment for optimal training and instruction. The following policies are put in place to help ensure we achieve our goal daily.
Parents are welcome to observe their child in class. Please do not call out to your child during class; this is distracting to children and instructors. If you need to speak to your child during class or need to pull your child out early, please contact the front desk for assistance. Safety is most important. Parents and children must comply with the following rules:
Peninsula Gymnastics provides an Auto Payment Plan. Tuition is automatically deducted on the 5th of each month from a checking account by Club Systems. Per your month of registration, an annual fee will be automatically deducted from your bank account. There will be a $20 fee for insufficient funds.
If you are interested in using the Monthly Auto Payment system, please fill out and bring a copy of the Authorization Form below with a voided check to our Front Desk.
Tuition is due by the 5th of each month-quarterly payment. A late fee of $15 will be charged to accounts whose payments are received after the 5th of the first month of each quarter. There will be a $20 fee for returned checks and insufficient funds.
Monthly & Quarterly Payments are non-refundable. Please notify us regarding cancellation by filling the Class Cancellation Request Form by the 25th of the month before to be effective for the next billing cycle (whether it is Monthly Auto or Quarterly.) Otherwise, you will be billed according to your current payment plan.
Peninsula Gymnastics provides up to one month of vacation while holding the students’ place in their current class without payment. Vacation time is only granted when the office is notified in advance.
