Policies and Forms

At Peninsula Gymnastics, our GOAL is to provide a Safe, Healthy, Positive, and Productive Environment for optimal training and instruction.  The following policies are put in place to help ensure we achieve our goal daily.

Payment Policy
  • We are open enrollment and our classes are year-round.
  • Students are fully enrolled in classes once tuition is paid.
  • Our enrollment is continuous until cancelled.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for tuition or missed class. (Please see make-up policy below)
  • Families are committed to the entirety of their chosen payment option, quarter or monthly.
  • Families will be billed for the next payment cycle unless the Office is informed via Cancellation request by the 25th of the prior billing cycle.
  • Tuition & Annual Membership Fee will be prorated at the time of enrollment.
  • Tuition is based on the class, program, number of hours training per week.
  • Discounts for Siblings & Multiple Classes.

Peninsula Gymnastics offer 2 Payment Options:

Monthly Auto Payments by “CLUB SYSTEMS”

Tuition is automatically deducted on the 4th of each month from a checking account by Club Systems. Annual Membership Fee will be automatically deducted along with tuition in January. There will be a $25 fee for insufficient funds. To set up Auto Payment, you will need to turn in a signed copy of the “Auto Payment Authorization Form” and a voided check to the Front Desk.

Quarterly Payments

Quarterly Payment can be made with Cash, Check, or Credit card at the front desk, over the phone, or on our Payment Page. Tuition is due by the 1st of each month-quarterly payment. A late fee of $20 will be charged to accounts whose payments are received after the 1st of the first month of each quarter. There will be a $25 fee for returned checks and insufficient funds.

Quarter 1: January – March
Quarter 2: April – June
Quarter 3: July – September
Quarter 4: October – December

Make-Up Policy
  • Peninsula Gymnastics does not give refunds for any missed classes due to our flexible make-up policy.
  • Make-ups for missed classes must be scheduled. DO NOT JUST SHOW UP FOR CLASS.
  • Make Up Classes must be done within 30 days of missed class.
  • Students must be currently ENROLLED to do make up classes.
  • Students may only do 1 make up per month.
  • Missed Make-up classes can NOT be rescheduled.
  • Class prices are based on 48 weeks per year, since there are 52 weeks in the year Peninsula Gymnastics will close for holidays and Winter Break without providing make-up classes. (Specific non bank holidays closure as listed on Events page)
Cancellation Policy

Please notify us regarding cancellation by filling the Class Cancellation Request Form by the 25th of the month before to be effective for the next billing cycle (whether it is Monthly Auto or Quarterly.) Otherwise, you will be billed according to your current payment plan.

Zero Tolerance Policy

Peninsula Gymnastics has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. Peninsula will take a zero-tolerance approach to verbal and physical abuse by any student, parent, guardian, or employee.

Safety

Masks

  • Mask wearing inside the facility is STRONGLY recommended but not mandatory.

Class Interference

  • Please do not call out to your child during class; this is distracting to children and instructors.
  • If you need to speak to your child during class or need to pull your child out early, please contact the front desk for assistance.

Gym Floor

  • No one is allowed on the gym floor or equipment unless they are taking a class. This includes parents and siblings.
  • When students are on the gym floor, they must be with their coaches at all times.

Entering the Gym / At the door

  • Wash your Hands. (Hand sanitizing station is available at front door)
  • Get your Temperature Checked. (Our Staff will take your temperature using a no-touch thermometer. Anyone with Temperature above 100.0 will be sent home).

Food, Drinks, & Belongings

  • No food or drinks allowed.
  • All personal belongings must be kept in the cubbies provided in the observation area.

In case of sickness / COVID exposure

  • For gymnasts who test positive for COVID:
    • They must quarantine at least 5 days from the date of the positive test. If after the 5th day of quarantining they have no symptoms, they may come back to class.
  • For gymnasts who are “Close Contact”:
    • Close Contact Definition: Close Contacts are individuals who were within 6 feet to the person who tested positive for more than 15 minutes in a 24 hour period indoors or outdoors.
    • If the gymnast is not fully vaccinated:
      • They must be in Modified Quarantine for 5 days.
      • They may come back to class on the 6th day since exposure if on this day they test negative & have no symptoms.
    • If the gymnast is fully vaccinated* (two weeks since the second dose):
      • Quarantine is not required. They may come to class if there’s no symptoms. Please test on the 6th day as a courtesy.

Covid Related Policies are based on the up to date CDC Guidelines.


What we’re doing to protect our students & staff

  • Our Coaches and Staff are 100% vaccinated!
  • The facility, including all equipment, is disinfected regularly.
